Football valuation & market intelligence

What is every footballer really worth?

420players priced from what they actually did on the pitch — with a range, a confidence figure and the drivers that produced the number. Not a pundit's opinion, and not a single figure pretending to be certain.

No account needed. Every valuation is public.

How it works

Three steps from a match record to a price

No scouting notes, no reputation, no transfer rumours. The model reads what happened on the pitch, adjusts for the things a fee is actually paying for, and then shows you where the answer disagrees with the market.

Measure the season that actually happened

Every appearance, every minute, every contribution, turned into a performance rating against positional peers. Then a valuation with a band around it — because a player with four appearances and a player with a full season should not produce equally confident numbers.

Adjust for what a fee is really buying

The same output at 21 is worth a multiple of the same output at 33, because one has a decade of resale ahead and the other has a contract. League strength and position work the same way. The curve is drawn here rather than buried in a coefficient, so a shape you think is wrong is one you can argue with.

Show where the price and the performance disagree

Performance explains r² 0.66 of where players are indexed, which means the market is broadly rational. The distance from that line is the part it does not explain — and those are the names worth an afternoon.

Values are model estimates on an uncalibrated scale. They are not predictions of a transfer fee and have not been validated against observed fees.

The market

€3.34bn of football, priced

Every player carries an estimate, a range and a confidence figure. The distribution is what a real squad market looks like: a long tail of squad players and a short head of the ones everyone argues about.

What you get

A number, its uncertainty, and why

A valuation you cannot interrogate is a guess with a decimal point. Each of these answers a different question: what is he worth, who else is like him, and where does he actually beat the player you are comparing him to.

Player profiles

A valuation, its range, the match log behind it and the factors that moved the number — on one public page per player.

Scouting search

Filter 420 players on percentile floors against their positional peers, then save the ones worth a second look.

Player DNA, side by side

Percentile profiles overlaid, so the shape of the difference is the thing you read.

Writing

How the model works, and where it does not

Notes on valuation, uncertainty and the transfer market — argued from the same numbers the rest of the site ships, including the parts that do not flatter the model.

Method

A number without a range is a guess

Every valuation on this site ships with a band and a confidence figure, because the single figure is the least honest part of the answer.

Method

Why the same season is worth different money at 21 and 33

Two players produce identical output. The model prices them differently, on purpose, and the curve that does it is on the methodology page rather than buried in a coefficient.

Market

The gap between performance and price is the whole product

Performance explains most of where a player is indexed. The interesting players are the ones sitting a long way off the fitted line.

Pricing

The valuations are free. The data behind them is the product.

Every valuation, range and ranking stays public and permanently free — a number nobody can link to is a number nobody cites. What Pro sells is the layer underneath: the factor breakdowns, the history, the exports and the API. The pages stay open; the data is what you pay for.
